Before becoming a yoga teacher, I spent over 11 years as an Airhostess with a renowned domestic and international airline, navigating the skies and embracing diverse cultures.
The profound experience of motherhood led me to yoga, where I discovered a sense of inner peace and my true calling. My practice, rooted in the timeless principles of Hatha Yoga, embodies my belief in its transformative power to heal and inspire.
